Belger Arts Center

this week i took a field trip to the Belger Arts Center. when i lived in kansas city the first time around, i have no idea that the Belger Cartage office houses an enormous art collection, which happen to include some lovely ceramic pieces. mo dickens toured us around the current Stackhouse exhibition as well as gave a backstage tour into the amzing office collection. here are just a couple pieces from the collection.

floss or else.

this week in studio i made a round of cavity tumblers. this was the first week of having a studio intern (oo la la!) and she did a fabulous job helping me press out the molars...and put them in a lovely arrangement to boot!

when these suckers are all done, they may look like these bad boys.
