for my upcoming show Dot Dot Dash, i started a new body of work!
i've always been fascinated by overlooked patterns. so, toilet paper & paper towel patterns are the main focus in my new work. i posted this before a long time ago in my blog, but because it's SOOO good...here it is again.

the patterns are taken from my large collection of samples. i have collected for years, finding them in numerous public & private bathrooms & kitchens. here's a snapshot of some of the collection...along with the beginnings of making the patterns ready to be transferred to porcelain.
